A few times per year, Fit & Fabulous with Sarah Cain operates challenges ranging from 45 to 90 days. While the length and theme of each challenge may change each and every time from individual competition, to teams of 2 or 3, the goal does not - To lose fat, build muscle, and ultimately change your body and how you look at health and fitness.
